Sheikh Moinuddin and Faiz Ahmed Taiyeb have been appointed as the Special Assistants to the Chief Adviser (CA) Dr Yunus with the rank of State Minister.

A gazette notification has been issued in this regard on Wednesday (March 5).

According to notification, the two new Special Assistants will enjoy the rank, salary, allowances, and other privileges of State Ministers. Sheikh Moinuddin will be assigned to the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, while Faiz Ahmed Taiyeb will work in the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.

Both ministries fall under the purview of their respective Advisers – Mohammad Fouzul Kabir Khan, Adviser to the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, and the Adviser to the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.

Previously, the Chief Adviser appointed three other Special Assistants to various offices. With the addition of Moinuddin and Taiyeb, the total number of Special Assistants has now increased to five.
