NARAYANGANJ: Six members of a family were injured as a fire broke out at a house in Baroibhog area under Fatulla Thana of the district on Saturday morning.

The injured are- Tariran Begum, 60, her husband Azizar, 65, daughters Tania, 16, Tanni, 12, son Takiron, 9, and grand daughter Mahmuda, 7.

Family sources said that the fire broke out around 5:00am. Seeing the fire, victims tried to come out of home but the door was locked. 

Later, locals rescued the injured and sent to Dhaka Medical College hospital.

The condition of all but Tobiron is critical, says on duty doctor of burn unit of the hospital.
