DHAKA: A passerby was killed and three others injured in a road accident in Taltala area of Kafrul in city on Friday evening.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately. 

Witnesses said a microbus rammed the passerby on footpath as its driver lost control over steering in the area around 6:00pm, leaving four people injured critically.

Later, the injured were rushed to Suhrawardi Hospital but one of them succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital. 

Kafrul Thana Assistant Sub-Inspector Al-Amin confirmed the matter to banglanews.
