BOGRA: Two motorcyclists were killed in a road accident in Shakpala Park area at Shahjahanpur upazila of the district on Sunday evening.

The deceased were identified as Ibrahim, 60, son of Garibullah, and Tanvir, 17, son of Abu Saleq.

Sources said a rashly driven vehicle crushed into their motorbike while they were going to the district town around 5:30pm, leaving Ibrahim dead on the spot and Tanvir injured critically.

Later, Tanvir died on way of hospital.

Koigari Police outpost Sub-Inspector Korban Ali told banglanews that the bodies were kept in Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital morgue.
