635 “fortune-seekers” held at Bay

COX’S BAZAR: Bangladesh Navy Monday seized a ship, carrying 635 people including human traffickers, from the Bay near Saint Martins in the district.

They were going to Malaysia “illegally”, said a competent source from the Navy.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Coast Guard commander Lieutenant Shahid said, “The ship along with those fortune-seekers is being taken to the shore.”
