DHAKA: Police recovered body of an unidentified elderly person from city’s Paltan area on Tuesday.

Police sources said that they recovered the body of a person aged around 60, from the area around 11:00am.

According to them, the man might earn his livelihood by begging in the area.

The reason behind his death could not be known immediately.

However, the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue.

Paltan Thana Sub-Inspector (SI) Abul Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
