DHAKA: The ‘gayebana janaza’ of Arafat Rahman Koko, younger son of former president Ziaur Rahman and BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, will be held on Tuesday.

In a statement sent to the media on Monday, BNP joint secretary general Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said BNP will organize the ‘gayebana janaza’ of Arafat Rahman at 10:00am on Tuesday across the country except Dhaka city.

The BNP leader, through the statement, requested people of all walks including the members of BNP associated organizations to participate in the program.

However, BNP in its earlier announcement said that the ‘gayebana janaza’ will be held on Wednesday.
