DHAKA: Home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal categorically said that the murderers of bloggers have been identified.

He made this disclosure at a commemoration program on Major Khaled Mosharraf on the occasion of ‘Pro-liberation soldiers killing day’ at National Press Club on Saturday.

The minister said that three charge-sheets have been submitted out of five blogger murder cases. Trail of them has also started.

‘We have identified the people, who were involved in blogger murders,’ he asserted.

‘The anti-liberation forces, killers of Bangabandhu and August 21 grenade attackers are carrying out criminal activities in the country as a part of local and international conspiracies,’ he opined.

According to the minister, the killing incidents were carried out centering the trial of country’s war criminals.

‘The criminals are trying to create panic among common people with the names of militant outfits IS and Ansarullah,’ he added.

PM’s information affairs adviser Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury, Dhaka University vice-chancellor AASM Arefin Siddique, Ekattor television editior-in-chief Mozammel Babu and Khaled Mosharraf’s daughter Mahjabeen Khaled, among others, were present at the commemoration program, chaired by the martyred’s widow Salma Khaled.
