CHITTAGONG: Inter-District Bus Owners’ Association has called 24-hour transport strike from Wednesday in the district protesting vehicles vandalism after a private university student died at Sitakunda.

The strike will be enforced from Wednesday 6:00am to Thursday 6:00am.
   
Office Secretary of the organization Manwar Hossain said, “The agitating students vandalized our hundreds vehicles and protesting the incident we called the strike.”

On Tuesday, a private university student was killed in a road accident at Sitakunda of the district.
