DHAKA: BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia will hold meeting with professionals on Saturday (December 19).

The meeting will be held at party chairperson’s political office in Gulshan of the city around 8:30am on the day.

Chairperson’s press wing officer Shairul Kabir Khan informed the matter to banglanews on Friday noon.

Pro-BNP physicians, engineers, teachers, journalists, lawyers and leaders of business organizations were invited over phone to join the meeting.
 
Party sources said the meeting has been convened to hear the opinion of professionals aiming to fix BNP’s next course of action ahead of the second anniversary of 10th Parliamentary Election, role of professionals to ensure win of BNP mayoral candidates in municipal polls, national council, reorganization of the party.
 
Prior to that, Khaleda Zia held meetings with BNP standing committee and allies of 20-party alliance.
