Bangladeshi writer and activist Pinaki Bhattacharya has been sued under Digital Security Act (DSA) by the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC).
CTTC Department of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) filed a case against him with Ramna police station of the capital on Saturday (Oct 15).
Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Deputy Commissioner Md Faruk Hossain confirmed the matter.
He said that Pinaki Bhattacharya is engaged in anti-government propaganda.
If his full address is found, he will be brought back to Bangladesh through Interpol to face trial, the official added.
The two other accused in the case are Mofizur Rahman Ashik and Mushfiqul Fazal Ansari.
Among them, police already arrested Mofizur Rahman Ashik.
