DHAKA: An Italian citizen, who sustained bullet injuries in attack by miscreants in Dinajpur town on Wednesday morning, was admitted to Combined Medical Hospital (CMH) of Dhaka in the afternoon.

The injured is identified as Dr Piero, physician of Sanvin Sento Hospital in Dinajpur.

Competent sources told banglanews that he was admitted to Dhaka CMH around 5:50pm and his condition is stable now.

Earlier, he was taken to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital where physicians advised to shift him to Dhaka for better treatment.
