DHAKA: The admission tests of session 2013-14 under medical and dental colleges will be held on October 4.

A source of Department of Health confirmed it to banglanews.

The date is likely to be finalized in a meeting regarding the admission test on Tuesday morning.

Health Department source said the admission process will be held through MCQ test as usual. The one-hour test will be on Friday, October 4.

The test will start from 10:00am and end at 11:00 am. The admission circular will be published by the end of this week.

Tuesday’s meeting is set to take decision on increasing new seats for the students, the source added.

The Health Minister, Director General of Health, Department of Health Director (Health and Education) and principals of government and non-government Medical Colleges are likely to attend in the meeting.

Health Department Director Prof Dr ABM Abdul Hannan told banglanews that admission date and others issues would be decided in Tuesday’s meeting. The admission test circular is to be published by the end of this week.
