DHAKA: An army person died after being doped by city miscreants group known as ‘Oggyan Party’ on Friday noon.

The deceased was identified as Tajirul Islam, 36, a member of Bangladesh Army.

Officer-in-Charge of Khilkhet Thana Shamim Hossain said that on information, police identified the army person in unconscious condition under Kuril flyover.

He was rushed to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) where he died.

A case was filed in this connection, he added.
