Two teenagers were killed as a truck hit their motorbike in Bogura on Tuesday (February 13) morning.

The accident happened around 11 am at Baria of Sabgram on the Bogura second bypass under sadar upazila.

The deceased were Mahinur Rahman, 13, son of Sumon, hailed from Bagbari village udner Gabtali upazila, and Sitab, 14, son of Ujjal Rahman, from Durgahata village.

Bogura Fire Service Sub-Officer Masud Parvej confirmed the matter. 

He said the two boys were going to Bogura town from Gabtali upazila riding on a motorcycle in the morning. On the way, a truck from the opposite direction ran over their motorcycle in that area. The duo died on the spot.
